Payment terms:
Depending on the type of booking, 100% or 50% of the booking amount is due on the day of booking, the remaining amount is due no later than 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation conditions:
Cancellations until 30 days before arrival are fully refundable.
Cancellations within 29 and 14 days before arrival, 50% are refundable.
Cancellations later than 14 days before arrival are not refundable.
We recommend you to book yourself a travel cancellation insurance.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of € 200.00 in cash will be collected at reception upon check-in.

Final cleaning:
The final cleaning fee of 150 euros must be paid with the booking.

Additional cleaning:
On request and if required, intermediate cleaning can be organized for a fee of 100,- euros.

Laundry service:
If you would like a change of bed linen and towels in between, you can get this for a fee of 50 euros at the reception.

Tourist tax:
The tourist tax of 1-2 euros per person per night must be paid in cash at the reception upon check-in.
