Welcome to our Buqez Resort Beach House 42 website. We created this sites to serve one or more Buqez Eco Resort - Tiny Houses, at the moment in particular House No. 42, with a capacity for 2 + 2 people. Further houses can be arranged on request. House 42 has one of the largest plots with the greatest possible privacy (no sunbathing guests 10cm in front of your terrace, disturbing your breackfast), big distance to the front neighbor, it offers sea views and beautiful sunsets.
The beach is just some footprints in front of you!
The OIKOS ECO RESORT BUQEZ, located on the Croatian Adriatic coast between Zadar and Split, near Drage, consists of a south-west-oriented, fantastic beach property. Surrounded by nature, far enough from the main street that you can neither see nor hear it, the Buqez Resort offers about 50 tiny eco house on a plot of approx. 18,000 sqm with 24/7 safe guard, gated area with central, free of charge private parking, BBQ area, a little playground for kids and a cosy BUQEZ BEACH BAR which os open from 10am to 10pm.

The approx. 54m² big "Buqez Tiny Holiday Houses" have been designed and built very stylishly and ecologically by OIKOS and essentially consist of 5 elements:
Wood, concrete, metal, glass and light.
The concept of "mobile" tiny houses makes it legally possible to build the holiday homes as close to the water as possible. In addition to the very high quality and stylish basic equipment of the houses, we strive to keep the house and the furnishings as pleasant as possible, as individual as possible and always in perfect condition in order to make every stay as pleasant as possible.

Both beds, in the master bedroom and in the guest room are equipped with 160x200cm mattresses and fitted with anti-allergical pillows, mattress cover and high quality bed linen.

GETTING THERE
The resort is surrounded by two very well served airports, Zadar and Split.
Zadar (ZAD) can be reached in about 40 minutes, well signposted and modern.
Split (SPU) can be reached in about 75 minutes.
Split is one of the most important Croatian holiday airports and is served very frequently.
